기혼 취업모의 일-가족 갈등과 일-가족 향상의 관계: 대처 방식과 배우자 지지의 조절효과 = Relationships of Work-Family Conflict and Enhancement Among Korean Working Mothers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기혼 취업모의 일-가족 갈등과 일-가족 향상의 관련성을 검증하는 데에 목적이 있다. 기존의 연구 결과들을 바탕으로 일-가족 갈등이 일-가족 향상에 부적인 영향을 미치되, 개인의 대처방식과 배우자 지지가 그 영향력을 조절할 것이라는 가설을 설정하였고, 기혼 취업모 302명의 다중역할 경험 자료를 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 일-가족 갈등이 일-가족 향상에 미치는 영향력은 개인의 대처방식과 배우자 지지에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났으며, 배우자 지지의 조절효과는 일에서 가족, 혹은 가족에서 일로 미치는 방향성에 따라 달라졌다. 연구 결과를 토대로 한국의 기혼 취업모들의 일-가족 경험에 대한 이해를 도모하였고, 추후 연구 및 기혼 취업모들을 효과적으로 도울 수 있는 상담적 개입 방향을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study examined the Korean working mothers’ work-family conflict(WFC) and enhancement(WFE) experiences. We examined the relationship of WFC and WFE, and examined the influences of moderators such as reflective coping strategy and spousal support. Results showed that WFC and WFE was negatively related, and the relationship of WFC and WFE was moderated by reflective coping strategy and spousal support. Specifically, the relationship of WIFC(work interfering with family-conflict) and WTFE(work to family enhancement) was moderated by reflective coping strategy and spousal support. And the relationship of FIWC(family interfering with work-conflict) and FTWE(family to work enhancement) was moderated by reflective coping strategy. We suggested directions for future studies and counseling intervention for working mothers in Korea.
