비공식수발자들을 위한 사회정책적 지원에 관한 비교연구- 독일, 오스트리아, 영국을 중심으로 - = A Comparative Study on Sociopolitical Support Systemsfor the Informal Carer - Focused on Germany, Austria and United Kingdom -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper aims to compare the sociopolitical support systems for the informal carers in Germany, Austria and United Kingdom and to find out the differences in the ideological background, institutional and political reasons for the policy systems in these countries.
In order to confirm the working hypotheses that are made on the basis of the cash benefits, allowances in kind and social insurance, the social security systems for the informal carers in the three countries are compared.
The sociopolitical support systems for the informal carers are related to the existing social policy systems and long-term care policies on which again the social welfare systems has an influence. The working hypothesis that the social security systems for the informal carers are also premised on the political recognition and the purpose of the political decision is mostly proved and the rest of the assumption is complemented by the partial reinterpretation. It is also found out that the cost problem has a significance as an external control factor for the social policy for the informal carers.
