디지털 전환에 따른 물류 전문인력 필요역량 연구 = A Study on the Competencies Required for Logistics Professionals in the Era of Digital Transformation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 디지털 전환에 따른 전문인력 확보를 통한 산업 고도화를 위한 연 구로써 물류 전문인력이 갖춰야 할 필요역량을 텍스트마이닝 기법을 통해 분석 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 물류 전문인력 양성의 움직임이 본격화되었던 2015년 부터 현재까지를 분석 대상 기간으로 설정하고 세계 학술 데이터베이스 중 하 나인 SCOPUS에서 제공하는 국제 학술 DB 953건을 대상으로 분석을 진행하였 다. 그 결과 4가지의 필요 역량이 도출되었는데, 첫 번째로 화물운송 부문의 경 쟁력 강화를 위해 디지털 기술 기반의 화물 운송 역량을 강화할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 산업혁명 기술이 더해지며 물류의 고부가가치화가 계속되는 상황에서 정보통신기술을 활용하여 공급체인의 효율성을 높일 수 있 는 스마트 물류 전문인력의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 세 번째, 디지털 기반 유통 부문의 고객지향 역량을 갖출 필요가 있다. 네 번째, 네트워크 연결 및 데이터 공유 프로세스를 구축하는 등 생산자-공급자 간 디지털 협력 네트워크 강화 역 량이 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 물류 분야에서의 디지털 전환을 고려할 때, 전문 인력 양성 프로그램 및 교육 커리큘럼에 있어서 새로운 접근이 필요함을 시사 하며, 물류 산업의 디지털화에 따른 전문 인력 양성 정책과 전략 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 주제어: 디지털 전환, 물류 전문인력, 인력양성, 텍스트마이닝, 스마트 물류

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to analyze the competencies that logistics professionals need to possess through text mining techniques, with the goal of advancing industrialization by securing specialized workforce amid digital transformation. The study focuses on the period from 2015 when the movement for nurturing logistics professionals began in earnest to the present, analyzing 953 academic data from the international academic database SCOPUS. As a result, four essential competencies have been derived. First, it was found that there is a need to enhance digital technology-based cargo transportation capabilities to strengthen competitiveness in the cargo transportation sector. Second, in a situation where the industrial revolution technologies are adding to the high added value of logistics, there is a demand for the introduction of smart logistics professionals who can increase the efficiency of the supply chain by utilizing information and communication technologies. Third, there is a need to have customer-oriented capabilities in the digital-based distribution sector. Fourth, the ability to strengthen digital cooperation networks between producers and suppliers is needed, such as establishing network connections and data sharing processes. These findings suggest the necessity for novel approaches in professional workforce development programs and educational curricula, considering the digital transformation within the logistics field. It is anticipated that these insights will contribute to the formulation of policies and strategies for nurturing specialized workforce aligned with the digitalization of the logistics industry.
