UAM 버티포트의 도시계획시설 중복결정 시 중요도 요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on Key importance Factors for the Overlapping Designation of UAM Vertiports as Urban Planning Facilities

When installing vertiports during the commercialization phase of UAM, it is necessary to designate them as overlapping urban planning facilities. This study aims to identify the relative importance of key variables that influence the decision to overlap urban planning facilities. To this end, based on the results of prior research, a Focus Group Interview (FGI) was conducted to derive the key variables affecting the decision to overlap when locating vertiports.
As a result of the AHP analysis, safety was found to be the most important factor for all six target facilities. Next, considering the form of the public transportation system, accessibility was highly important, followed by the importance of acceptability and economic feasibility factors. In the case of economic factors, the importance of potential usage demand factors was found to be high. Regarding safety factors, the safety of travel routes was the top priority for all facilities, making the securing of travel routes the most important factor when making overlapping decisions. A characteristic of accessibility factors is that connecting transportation methods for plazas/parks and port facilities appear to be highly important.
