근거기반실천에 대한 태도 척도 검증

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 사회복지에 있어 새로운 실천 모델로 주목을 받고 있는 근거기반실천에 대해 사회복지 실무자들의 태도 변화를 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하여 그 과학성 -신뢰도, 타당도, 민감도-을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 단일집단전후비교조사 설계를 활용하여 다양한 집단의 사회복지 실무자들에게 근거기반실천에 대한 워크숍과 강의를 실시한 후 그들의 태도가 어떻게 변화되었는가를 측정하였다. 척도의 신뢰도와 구성타당도 검증을 위해서는 사전조사 데이터를 활용하였으며, 민감도와 기준타당도 검증을 위해서는 사전, 사후조사 데이터를 사용하였다.연구결과로는 우선 내적일관성 신뢰도가 α=.79로 나타나 비교적 좋은 신뢰도가 확보되었으며, 민감도와 기준타당도가 검증되었다. 그리고 확인적 요인분석을 통해 수렴타당도와 판별타당도가 확보되어 구성타당도 또한 잘 검증되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 근거기반실천에 대한 태도에 대한 척도는 실천가들을 대상으로 근거기반실천에 대한 교육훈련의 성과를 측정하기에 적합한 도구라고 할 수 있으며, 앞으로 우리나라에서 근거기반실천에 대한 연구에 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is designed to validate evidence-based practice attitude scale, which is devised to measure practitioners’ attitudes toward evidence-based practice (EBP). One group pre-test/post-test design was employed to evaluate how the attitudes of social workers and graduates tudents have been changed after the training program on EBP process. Pre-test data has been used to validate the scale’s reliability and construct validity, and pre-test/post-test combined scores were used for its sensitivity and criterion validity. Cronbach’s α of .79 showed the scale had good internal consistency and reliability, and other findings supported its sensitivity, criterion validity, and construct validity. These results, overall, support the use of this scale to evaluate the outcome of educational and training programs for social work practitioners and students onevidence-based practice.
