탐구공동체 활동이 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 태도변화에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of Activities of Inquiry Community on Changing Attitudes of Students with nondisability toward Students with disability

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Activities of Inquiry Community on changing attitudes of students with nondisability toward students with disability. The experimental design was a pretest-posttest control group design, and 64 second-grade students in two middle schools of Busan City were sampled of my own accord and assigned to two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The Activities of Inquiry Community was applied to only experimenta group. Test Tools were used for the two groups. It was Questionnaire with 3 components, 36 question items. A t-test was done to analyze the collected data through the SPSS 10.0. The results of this study were the Activities of Inquiry Community experimental group had a positive change in cognitive, affective, behavioral components of their attitudes, compared with the control group. Accordingly, the result of this study suggests that the Activities of Inquiry Community was an effective Mediation Strategy changing attitudes of students with nondisability toward students with disability.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 탐구공동체 활동이 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 태도변화에 미치는 효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 실험대상은 부산광역시 소재 일반 중학생 64명인데 실험집단 32명, 통제집단 32명을 표집하였고 탐구공동체 활동은 실험집단에만 적용되었다. 두 집단의 검사도구는 3영역 36문항으로 구성된 설문지이고, SPSS 10.0을 통한 t검증이 이루어졌다. 연구결과 탐구공동체 활동은 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 태도변화에 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서, 탐구공동체 활동은 비장애학생들이 공동토론과 함께 체계적인 실험을 수행함으로써 장애학생들에 대한 자신들의 태도를 능동적으로 변화시키며, 변화된 태도를 내면화할 수 있는 효과적인 중재전략으로 활용가치가 높은 활동이라고 할 수 있다.
