EV(Electric Vehicles) is very important that soaring oil price, limiting carbon dioxide emissions and distributed power at smart grid. And Load forecasting is very important for power system analysis and planning too. Because electricity is not possible to save. And frequency is fluctuation production and consumption's balance. This is can't using that high-quality electricity.
This paper suggests a annual load forecasting by using trend method with considering peak load. Each yearly peak load is normalized and the average value is calculated. The new hourly peak load is forecasted by using average value and annual peak load.
And then, this paper calculate simultaneous charge rate by using EV's charge pattern. As a result, home charger quantity is 52% degree from the 65% all quantity of EV. And rapid charger's efficient intallation needs 0.65% of all quantuty EV.
As a result, load factor will be better when spread EV more than non-spread EV.
