      The Purpose of this study is to pass the limits of the existing Character Education in terms of effectiveness, to devise the Practice Centered Character Program based on Brain Education that is suitable for a developmental level of elementary school students and to verify the effectiveness. Subjects were 78 students, the Sixth graders in an elementary school located in Ulsan to conduct this study. Firstly, an experimental group(26 participants; M13/F13) that was applied to the Practice Centered Character Program utilizing Brain Education performed 10 times for 40minutes at a time. Secondly, a comparative group(26 participants; M13/F13) that Pair Gymnastics was done. Thirdly, a controlled group(26 participant; M13/F13) that was handled anything. This research materials were collected after conducting surveys through the pretest and the posttest. Repeated Measure ANOVA was used for the data analyses. As a result, all the act & attitude and social concern in the experimental group compared to the comparative group was significant. All Social Interest & Subfactor(attitude, act) between the experimental group and the controlled group was meaningful, there was no statistically significant difference the comparative group and the controlled group. So, this study showed that the Practice Centered Character Program based Brain Education had an positive effect on improving of a Social Concern. The experiment of only Pair Brain Gymnastics among the Practice Centered Character Programs gave the study some effect and the average improved, but there was fallen behind the improvement of Social Interest. This study emphasize the importance of elements(values, emotional regulation, an essential confidence, meditation, respiration) in the improvement of Social Interest. This Practice Centered Character Program based on Brain Education is expected to advance in the Social Interest stressing ``the society along with others.
