초등학교 교사와 아동의 진로의식에 관한 연구 = An Analysis of the Career Awareness of Elementary School Teachers and Students

The purpose of this study was to provide effective methods and materials on career guidance by improving the career awareness of elementary school teachers and students. It's goal was to provide teachers with basic materials to prepare an effective method of career education. In addition, this study was conducted to obtain valuable information on career education and counseling, by analyzing the career awareness of teachers and students. The study aims to investigate relationships between teachers' career awareness levels and their students career awareness levels. A prime focus in career education at the elementary school level should be the development of career awareness through the correct recognition of work and occupation. It is important for teachers to educate children to be aware of the world of work and occupation in a positive and correct way. Therefore, to awaken correct career recognition in students. systematic education in school and the formation of career recognition of parents and teachers is very important. Elementary schools must focus on strengthening the recognition of work and occupation in career education. Professional reeducation must be provided for teachers to recognize career education more correctly and to learn what is necessary for career awareness.
