다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the general education lies in cultivating intellectuals who can form right judgement by developing a creative mind-set and a critical attitude toward solving problems. But between the teaching staff and the students, there exist differences in their points of view concerning the importance of the general education, the unit arrangement, and the educational quality and management. When the importance of the general education is understood by both the staff and the students, the conflicts can be solved, and the general education can be rightly developed, with a consensus reacted.
