This program is made up eight parts. In each part, you can experience to leavn key concepts, to exercise them and to discuss and evaluate the experience of each part.
    Eight parts of this program:
Part Ⅰ, self-introduction and establishing trustful relationship
Part Ⅱ, encounter of I and Thou
    Part Ⅲ, self-awareness
Part Ⅳ, awareness of freedom, choice, and responsibility
Part Ⅴ, self-growth through crisis and anxiety
Part Ⅵ, creation of meaning and value
    Part Ⅷ, meaning of death
Part Ⅶ, concluding the program: evaluation of self-growth and program.
This program may come into effect to those who want to actualize and fulfil one's potential.
