지각된 부모 양육 행동이 사회 불안 증상에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Perceived Parental Tearing Behaviors on Social Anxiety Symptoms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지각된 부모 양육 행동이 사회적 회피 및 불안 정도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이와 더불어 부모 양육 행동이 사회적 회피 및 불안 정도에 미치는 영향이 성별에 따라 다른지 여부 및 더 나아가 이같은 패턴이 임상과 비임상 집단에 따라 다른지를 보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 구조화된 면담 도구인 M.I.N.I.-Plus를 통하여 진단된 사회 공포증 환자 34명(남 18명, 여 16명)과 정상 성인 집단 91명(남 45명, 여 46명)으로 구성되었다. 이들을 대상으로 부모 자녀 결합 형태 검사(PBI)와 부모 양육 행동 척도 및 사회적 회피 및 불안 척도(SADS III)를 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 부모의 돌봄, 과보호, 학대, 방치 영역을 회고적으로 평가하고, 사회적 회피 및 불안 정도를 측정하였다. 연구결과, 비록 지각된 부모 양육 행동이 사회 공포증의 증상에 미치는 영향에 있어서 성별 및 집단에 따른 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았으나, 부의 방치, 부모의 돌봄과 과보호가 사회적 회피 및 불안 정도에 대한 유의미한 예측 인자임이 밝혀졌다. 이같은 결과는 사회 불안과 관련해 기존에 강조되어져왔던 부모의 돌봄과 과보호의 중요성을 경험적으로 입증하여줄 뿐만 아니라, 부의 방치와 같이 기존 연구에서 간과되어왔던 부의 양육 행동의 중요성을 인식시켜주는 결과라 하겠다.
