한국 청소년 골프아카데미의 발전방향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Development of Korean Youth Golf Academies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국의 청소년 골프선수들의 학교와 학교 외에 활동을 함께하고 있는 골프아카데미의 실태와 문제점 및 발전방안을 모색하여 학생선수로서 좀 더 향상 될 수 있는 그 대안을 마련하는 기초자료로서 활용하는데 연구의 필요성을 두었으며, 아울러 한국 청소년 골프 아카데미의 발전방향을 종합적으로 모색하여 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 이러한 목적을 수행하기 위해서는 문헌연구법과 면접조사방법으로 심층면담방법(in-depth interview)중 반구조화된 면담을 통해 추진된 연구과제인 한국 청소년 골프아카데미의 현황, 골프전문가의 의견, 한국 청소년 골프아카데미의 발전방안을 구체적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 한국 청소년 골프아카데미 현황에 있어서 모든 프로그램에 대한 구체적이고 투명한 제시가 필요하며 특히 학생선수로서의 전인교육을 위한 프로그램 구성이 전반적으로 제시되어 그 결과를 효율적으로 이끌어내야 할 것이다.

둘째, 한국의 골프전문가들의 의견에서 제시되었듯이 좀 더 선진화된 체계적, 조직적, 과학적인 구조 속에서 시설의 현대화를 위해 적극적인 연구개발과 투자가 이루어져야 한다고 본다. 그리고 외국 골프아카데미에 대한 Role model 개발과 이를 한국형에 맞게 응용 및 적용하여 경영적인 측면뿐만 아니라 전문 인적자원개발을 위해 패러다임의 전환을 해야 한다.

셋째, 한국의 골프아카데미의 발전을 위해서는 학교체육, 엘리트스포츠, 생활스포츠와의 연계를 통해 청소년 골프아카데미의 활성화를 적극적으로 모색하며, 이를 위해 학생선수, 시설확충, 미래진로개척 등의 과제해결을 위해 참여해야 한다. 특히, 국민의 관심과 정부의 적극적인 지원과 투자와 청소년 골프아카데미의 다양하고 전문적인 그리고 투명한 경영을 통해 한국골프산업 발전과 국가위상 강화에 이바지해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the state of Korean youth golf academies joined by teenaged golf players and problems with the academies and to seek ways of stepping up the development of the youth golf academies. It's ultimately meant to turn teenaged golf players into superb student players and to suggest some of the right directions for the development of the Korean youth golf academies. Literature review was implemented to serve the purpose, and semi-structured interview, one of in-depth interview methods, was conducted to find out the state of the Korean youth golf academies, to gather opinions from golf experts, and to determine in which direction the Korean youth golf academies should be led. The findings of the study were as follows:
First, as for the state of the Korean youth golf academies, every program should be provided in a transparent manner, and the kinds of programs that provide well-rounded education to student players should be prepared.
Second, as Korean golf experts suggested, intensive R&D efforts and investment are required to prepare more modernized, advanced and scientific golf facilities. And foreign golf academies that could function as strong role models should be selected, and the management and human resources development of the Korean youth golf academies should be improved in accordance with the selected role models.
Third, school physical education, elite spot and sport for all should be connected to one another to bolster the Korean golf academies, and required facilities should be installed. Student players should be assisted to cleave their way. In order to expedite the development of Korean golf industry and boost the profile of the nation, more concern from people in general, full-fledged support from the government and the professional and transparent management of youth golf academies are all required.
