일제시대 제2차 조선교육령 개정 과정 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper focused on the conflict and adjustment in the law making process of the Second Chosen Educational Ordinance enacted in the Japanese colonial period. The Second Chosen Educational Ordinance was made as a result of mediation between the Japanese Cabinet and officials of the Education Bureau of General Government in Chosen, between the educational needs of Korean and the intention of Japanese rule. the educational needs of Korean was not accepted but had slightly effected on the policy such as abolition of provision about Imperial rescript concerning education and provision about need of the times and condition of the people. The difference in standpoint between the Japanese Cabinet and officials of the Education Bureau of General Government in Chosen was resulted in making the separate educational system. As a result, the idea of the same school system and co-education between Korean ad Japanese people were remained unrealized.
