영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 배우자 지지와 행복 플로리시의 관계에서 양육효능감의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 배우자 지지와 행복 플로리시의 관계에서 양육효능감의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이었다. 부산시에 거주하는 영유아 어머니 216명을 대상으로 온라인 설문지로 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26과 Process Macro v.4.3의 4번 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 배우자 지지와 양육효능감, 행복 플로리시는 모두 정적상관이 있었다. 또한 배우자 지지와 행복 플로리시 사이에 양육효능감이 부분 매개하였다. 이는 영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 행복 플로리시를 높이기 위해서는 어머니 자신의 양육효능감을 높일 수 있는 지원과 더불어 배우자의 자녀 양육에 대한 지원에 대해서도 함께 관심을 가지고 지원하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of parenting efficacy on the relationship between spousal support and maternal flourish in mothers with young children. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 216 mothers of young children living in Busan and analyzed using SPSS WIN 26 and model 4 of Process Macro v. 4.3. The results are as follows. First, the spousal support, mothers’ parenting efficacy, and flourish were all positively correlated. Second, mothers’ parenting efficacy partially mediated the relationship between spousal support and maternal flourish. This suggests that in order to increase mothers’ flourish, it is necessary to provide support that can increase the mothers’ own parenting efficacy, as well as to pay attention to and support their spouses’ support.
