유네스코 세계자연유산 등재 추진에 따른 지역주민의 관광영향 인식 연구 = A Study on Residents' Perception of Tourism Impact toward the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Tentative List - a Case of Jeju Island -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

he paper examines Jeju residents' perception on the new inscription property into the UNESCO world heritage list. Its final results come from the World Heritage Committee in 2007. To find out the cognition for this process, the 14 attributes were applied. A total of 308 respondents are required to rate the perception attributes.
The common results indicate that those who were respondents understand UNESCO's potential value after inscribed on the World Heritage List. First of all, positive economic effect and attachment of region, Second, negative effects were suggested such as environmental and declining perception for the process. Hypothesis was partially significant at a .01 confidence level. The results of the analysis are as follows: (1) need more management and marketing strategy for better regional value with the brand, (2) need more positive and clear an explanation about tourism policy to be less negative and false information, (3) need more additional management strategy with fully agreed with residents.
