소규모 공동체마을에서의 공유관계성 공간배치에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

공유라는 단어는 이전의 소유라는 인식에서 벗어나 새로운 시대 가치를 갖는 패러다임으로 등장했다. 그러나 우리는 공유라는 단어를 혼용적으로 사용하고 있으며 시대의 수요로 생겨난 공유라는 가치를 어떻게 사용하고 활용되어야 하는지에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다.
또한 선행연구를 살펴 볼 때 공유에 관한 해석이 영역에 한정되어 버리는 경우가 많았다. 주거 공간에 있어서 공유공간은 정지된 공간, 규정지어진 공간으로 정의하기에는 무리가 따른다.
우리는 어머니의 자궁에 있을 때부터 서로 관계지으며 살아간다. 인간과 자연, 사물 그것을 아우르는 공간까지 하늘아래 모든 이치와 관계 맺으며 살아간다. 이러한 상호의존적인 관계맺음은 본디 우리가 가지고 있는 기질이며 본능일 것이다. 그러나 현대사회를 둘러보면 구획되어진 박스 속에 결박되어진다. 수 많은 사각박스는 서로의 존재를 망각한 채 철저히 소외된다. 한 평 남짓되는 창문이 유일한 자연과의 소통의 매개이다. 집의 현관을 닫는 순간 외부 세계와는 완전한 독립세계가 만들어진다. 외부와 연결 수단은 초인종과 수화기 너머로 들리는 목소리 뿐이다. 언제부터인가 우리는 스스로 외부와 격리시키고 있다. 차가운 시멘트 박스에 둘러쌓인 우리는 오늘도 스스로를 고독자로 만들고 있다.
경제성장을 전제로 희생되어진 인간의 ‘주거함’에 대해 고찰하며 시대적 변화에 대응되는 공유라는 명제를 관계적의 관점에서 살펴보고 공유관계의 특성을 추출하여 공동체마을의 물리적 공간배치를 통해 개념을 시각화 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The word, 'sharing' has appeared as a paradigm showing the values of a new era, getting out of the previous cognition of possession. However, the meaning of the word, 'sharing' is mixed when it is used, and also there are not many researches on the proper use/application of the value of sharing generated from the consumption of the period.
Also, lots of preceding researches have limited the interpretation of sharing to the domain. Regarding the residential space, it is not reasonable to define the shared space as a suspended or regulated space.
We have built up relations since we were in mother's womb. We establish relations with humans, nature, objects, space and every reason under the sky. The establishment of such interdependent relations must be our tendency and instinct. However, the modern society is tied up in compartmental boxes. Numerous square boxes are completely alienated while forgetting about the existence of each other. A window no bigger than a pyeong is the only medium of communication with nature. As soon as closing the front door of a house, the world completely independent from the exterior world is created. The only way of connecting to the outside is the voice hearing from the doorbell and receiver. At some point, we have isolated ourselves from the outside. Surrounded by a cold cement box, we make ourselves lonely people everyday.
This study considers human's 'residential box' sacrificed under the premise of economic growth, examines the proposition, 'sharing' corresponding to the periodic changes in the relational aspect, and also visualizes the concept through the physical spatial arrangement of a community town by extracting the characteristics of shared relations.
