기혼 직장여성의 출산계획 경로에 관한 연구 -성역할태도, 일가족양립갈등, 결혼행복감과 출산계획 간의 관계를 중심으로- = A path analysis on Birthplan of married working Women -Focus on the relationships of gender role attitude, work -family reconciliation, marriage satisfaction and birth plan-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the birthplan of the married working woman based on the gender equity theory by using a path analysis. For this, this study analyzed the second Woman-family-panel survey data and selected the 116 married working women aged 20-40 among the survey objects. As a result of analyzing parameter estimate, the path between gender role attitude and marital happiness & birth plan and between work-family reconciliation conflict and birth plan wasn`t significant, thereby having been excluded from the final modified model. As the results, the work-family reconciliation conflict and marriage satisfaction have intermediation effect related with birthplan and gender role attitude of the married working women. Suggesting the policy direction for supporting birth of the married working women based on the results of this study, there were proposals such as activation of substantial work-family reconciliation system, as realization of the service for changing traditional gender-role structure and the service for solving work-family reconciliation conflict, and as formation of family friendly culture in the work places.
