전남지역 관광개발과 연계한 해양레저스포츠의 활성화 방안

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently it is known that the government have regarded a tourism as one of the four national industries and especially have an active investment plan for the development of the Southern coast from Mokpo to Pusan. It means that the need for the marine tourism policies is increasing more than any other times, to utilize the land of the nation and to keep the pace with the international tourism.
In regard to the geographical features of Chonnam province touched with the sea in two sides, and to have lots of marine tour resources, and marine EXPO at 2010 are to be held here, it is of no question to raise the marine tourism development to the primal project.
In this study I suggest the plan to activate the marine leisure sports because it is very useful to develop the marine tourism in Chonnam province.
The methods are written data research to justify the relationship between the tourism and the marine leisure sports, and interview and gallup to know and analyze the present status and general thought of marine leisure sports in Chonnam province. The result from these research are as follows.
First, the tour development policy should be shifted from the inland tourism to the marine tourism. The governmental and public institute in charge of it should realize that the useful policy to make the marine tourism of Chonnam province "stay tour" "mobile tour" is to activate the marine leisure sports in this area.
Second, it is necessary to develop four areas equally Mokpo area, Haenam area, Wando area, Yesoo area, where are supposed to have group activity already and be suitable for marine leisure sport geometrically. For the development of Four areas, beach high way, marine transportation, marine facilities and marine leisure sports facilities should be prepared which should be supported by the national government.
Third, it should be encouraged to build the accommodation facilities such as hotel, resort, youth training center, occupational training center, etc., in island and beach rather than the mountain and inland. The national and local government should release the building law and support the development of island and beach facilities and induce the participation of the public company.
Fourth, local government holds the marine leisure sports events of nationally in corporation with the various local events. To prepare the facilities and develop the programs, sports groups and marine sports groups should cooperate. It needs for the success of the marine EXPO in 2010.
Fifth, in detail, yacht, wind surfing, sea fishing, diving, swimming beach, beach valley ball, marine ski, jet skiing, para gliding, boat, canoe, marine bicycle are recommended.
Sixth, manne sports teachers should be aoquired. The marine sports department should be installed in the universities of Kwangju and Chonnam province, especially Mokpo and Yesoo. More practically, Education Center should be prepare physical education teacher's re-education program including various manne sports as training sections.
Finally, environmental pollution which could be harmful to the neighbor should be considered. The natural sports without engine should be developed and popular such as banana boat, marine bicycle, canocing contest, mud skiing, beach volley ball, ski scoover, etc.
