한국 장애인차별금지법의 법적 쟁점 = Legal Issues on the Disability Discrimination Act of Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Disability Discrimination Act of Korea (DDAK) has been established in order to prohibit the discrimination on the basis of disability and provide disabled persons discriminated against because of disability remedies. The DDAK defines the disability, disabled persons and disability discrimination and prohibits discriminatory practices in various areas such as employment, education and provision of goods and services etc. Legal issues on DDAK are more concreter meaning of terms related to disability discrimination such as the disability, disabled persons and discrimination on the basis of disability, measures of individualized regulations about areas of disability discrimination, exemption of disability discrimination, remedies for and sanctions against disability discrimination etc. This article tries to find a legal-political and legal-interpretative alternative with regard to legislations and case laws of other countries.
