사립전문대학 재정 및 장학금 실태 분석 = An Analysis of the Financial and Scholarship Conditions in the Private Junior Colleges

In Korea, the private junior colleges undergo the rapid change of the social and educational environment. The educational market opens, and student who enter the private junior college reduce, and small-sized segmented colleges are expected to spread rapidly as the regulation for establishing college was newly enacted.
Considering the situation in which the management of college is unprecedentedly at a crisis like this, in both internal and external aspects, it is judged in this study that the
expansion of scholarship will have a great deal of corelation to the stable
procurement of excellent incoming student resources in the private junior colleges.
Hence the purpose of this study is to examine the financial state and educational environment in the private junior colleges, and investigate the size of scholarship awarded from them, and identify what problems there are, and suggest the way to increase scholarship, which might hopefully contribute to inviting students in the private junior college.
