관광객의 지각된 혼잡이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 김광석 거리를 대상으로 - = The Effects of Perceived Crowding on Tourists’ Behavioral Intentions – Focusing on Kim Gwangseok Street –

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Over-tourism occurs when there are too many tourists to a paticular tourism destinations in across the world. The aim of this study was to explore the relationships among tourists’ perceived crowding, satisfaction and repeat visit intention in urban tourism destinations. The study results presented that there was significant relationships between tourists’ perceived crowding and satisfaction. Tourists’ satisfaction had a significant impact on repeat visit intention. Future research can use longitudinal approaches and qualitative methods, including tourists’ interview and observations rather than quantitative methods.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국내·외 주요 관광지에서 관광지의 수용범위를 넘어서는 관광객 방문으로 인해 오버투어리즘 현상이 종종발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오버투어리즘 현상이 발생하고 있는 도시관광지를 방문한 관광객을 대상으로지각된 혼잡이 관광객 행동의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 관광객의 지각된 혼잡은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 관광객의 만족도와 재방문의도 사이의 유의한 영향 관계를 확인하였다. 향후 연구에서는 설문조사와 같은 양적 접근법 이외에 관광객 인터뷰 등 질적 연구방법의 활용과 같은 종단적 연구의 필요성이제기되며, 본 연구의 결과는 관광지 수용력과 관련된 이슈들에 대한 심도 깊은 이해를 위한 자료를 제공할 수 있다.
