The purpose of this study is to investigate the aspect of theoretical view and to exam an adapted case of the development play therapy as a therapeutic approach. The 6 preschool children who characterized socially flinching participated in the group development play therapy. The children of three boys and three girls were in the 16 weeks program which held 1 session a week. The results were reported by the adult assistants of the program and their mothers. The major results were as follows: 1) According to the assistants` reports, the children had positive changes in play involvement, independent behavior, cooperation and amity, autonomy and positiveness and peer relationship after being the program. 2) The mothers also said that children were more self expressive. autonomic and positive and interacted with peers positively.
