The purpose of this study is to analyze the size and field of job creation in the domestic cruise industry as the cruise industry continues to grow and the job of the cruise industry becomes more widespread. In addition, analyzed the present status of the domestic cruise specialist training course and sought to find the right direction of the cruise specialist manpower system in the future. The main scope and contents of the study are to review the types and needs of the professionals in the cruise industry, to analyze the supply and demand of the experts in the cruise industry, to present problems of cultivating the experts in the cruise industry.
