SERVQUAL을 이용한 장기요양서비스의질 평가 = 천안시 재가서비스 이용자를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인장기요양서비스 이용 대상자를 중심으로 재가서비스에 대한 서비스 질을 SERVQUAL로 파악하고자, 천안시 재가서비스 이용자들 중 일부를 표본 추출하여 대상자로 선정하였다.
설문문항들의 신뢰도 평가결과 Cronbach"s α 의 값이 0.94로 아주 높은 내적 일관성을 보였으며, 차원별 가중치 평균 순위에서는 신뢰성이 가장 높게, 공감성이 가장 낮게 나타났다.
연구결과 장기요양서비스의 품질관리를 위해 체계적인 질 관리가 필요하며, 이를 해결하기 위해 ‘요구사항에 대한 문제 해결태도’, ‘구체적 요구사항에 대한 이해정도’, ‘어르신의 편익에 대한 배려’, ‘업무 미해결 시 후속조치’, ‘어르신이 편리한 이용시간’의 시정이 요구된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the service quality of home services centering around the users utilizing long-term care services for the elderly.
And it chose its subjects by extracting the samples from the users living in Cheonan and using home care services as diagnosed to be in the grade of getting long-term care. According to the result of evaluating the questionnaire items’ reliability, Cronbach"s α was 0.94, so it showed very high internal consistency.
In the general analysis of the services by dimensions, the elements for enhancing satisfaction were distributed in each dimension in general, and in the dimensions of expertise and responsiveness, proper feedback from the service providing institutions is demanded, and in each dimension, elements to be improved intensively are distributed evenly.
To enhance long-term care service needed systematic quality management to total quality control, thus it improvement should attitude solving the problem demanded, understanding degree detail demanded, consideration of benefit elderly, take follow-up measures not solution. convenience service hours.
