영아교사의 보육 실제 직무 수행실태와 인식 분석 = Performance and Perception Analysis of Childcare Duties of Infant/Toddler Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구는 영아교사의 보육 실제 직무 수행 실태를 살펴보고, 직무의 중요도와 난이도 인식을 분석하여 영아교사가 직무를 잘 수행할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 영아교사 135명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 하였다. 연구 결과 영아교사는 직무의 수행 빈도에서 모든 업무를 보통 이상의 정도로 자주 수행하고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 직무에 대한 중요도에서 모든 직무를 대체적으로 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무에 대한 난이도에서 모든 직무를 어렵지 않거나 보통보다 조금 어렵게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 영아교사 직무에 대한 수행 빈도, 중요도, 난이도의 관계를 살펴본 결과 중요도와 수행 빈도와의 관계에서 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 중요도와 난이도와의 관계에서도 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 수행 빈도와 난이도와의 관계에서는 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This study was conducted to provide a guidance to enable infant/oddler teachers to better perform childcare duties. Key findings and elements were drawn from observing actual performance of childcare duties by the infant/oddler teachers and investigating how they perceived the importance as well as the level of difficulty of the duties. Survey questions were developed in conjunction with the study, and the total of 135 infant/toddler teachers in Korean childcare centers participated in the survey. For a conclusion the study found that the infant/toddler teachers considered all duties equally important and performed them more frequently on the 5-point scale(M＝4.16). The infant/toddler teachers also perceived that all of their duties had a moderate degree of difficulty from "not too difficult" to "somewhat challenging but still manageable". The study then examined the correlation factors among performance frequency, duty"s importance and its level of difficulty, and found that there existed a positive correlation between performance frequency and duty"s importance. A negative correlation existed between duty"s importance and of its level of difficulty. However, there was no correlation between performance frequency and duty"s level of difficulty.
