This study, the ultimate purpose of the workers competence is that improve the job satisfaction and also the customer`s orientation, so these competencies of workers have a positive impact on the job satisfaction and the customer`s orientation. as the outcome variable, the job satisfaction and the customer`s orientation are selected and investigated the relationship between two factors . The results in subjects studied through in the resort area, showed the difference in the workers competence were worker capabilities, sex, age, rank, tenure on the general characteristics of worker. In the case of sex was men employee than women employee was meaningful, and the case of age showed the difference in both ability and desire to work in, 36-45 year old age group was highest in both business skills and motivation and also the case of rank was meaningful.
