      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of this study is to derive the needs of teaching assistants to develop teaching assistants who play the role of instructors in the experiment class. In order to develop a program of assistants’ learning in experimental classes, we designed and conducted a questionnaire based on theirs the contents of self-awareness and educational needs. As results on the survey, the experimental assistants believed that they have excellent the class management ability, in terms of self-awareness in the experiment class operation. In addition, they were generally positive assessment their teaching methods and strategies, content for teaching, and appropriately evaluation, and feedback. Also, in the educational demands, they have needed knowledge for operating and its process in the experimental class and interact with the learners which were high. As well as, the demand for the administrative aspect of the class management was the lowest. We can suggest from reflecting the research results, the experimental teaching assistant educational program should be provided appropriative experimental methods and theories for experiments classes in each college-level program. Furthermore, for beginners of experimental classes who experienced more than two semesters should be able to complete the curriculum-special lectures or mentoring programs-which available to share the know-how for experimental classes for assisting.
