      The Purpose of this study is to provide a way for knowledge management and basic data to derive future hotel cause factors that facilitate the sharing of knowledge and understand the impact on knowledge sharing between the employees" innovative behavior through this service. Based on existing researches, this study formulated 7 hypotheses. The analysis revealed the following findings: Support of top management, Compensation, Organizational Culture for Influential Factors on Knowledge Sharing has significant positive (+) effect on knowledge sharing, making us adopt hypothesis 1-1 and hypothesis 1-3, hypothesis 1-4; Information Technology for Influential Factors on knowledge sharing has significant negative (-) effect on knowledge sharing, making us reject hypothesis 1-2; Though knowledge sharing has significant positive (+) effect on Service Innovation Behavior and Organization Commitment leading us to adopt hypothesis 2 and hypothesis 3; Service Innovation Behavior has significant positive (+) effect on Organization Commitment leading us to adopt hypothesis 4.
