노후생활에 알맞은 주거환경조성을 위한 욕구분석에 관한 연구 - 진주지역 중년층을 대상으로 -

Owing to the enlargement of the life span as a resure of the improvement in the patterns of living, of the development of medical science and of the growth of industry, the number of elderly is increasing rapidly. Need of the elderly is not only a facility care, but also an offer of many types of living environment and assistance systems. When a existing living environment is analyzed, there two ways to meet the elderlys living desires. The one is to remove inconvenience in living environment by improving housing system, the other is to develop a new style. The plan of supplying an extra space, in which the elderly can feel private and social relationship is necessary. The suburban districts is an ideal location of new habitation and separate house is an ideal house style. When the elderly need house living service, care-service system should be served in the same building. In a dependent living style, the elderly should stay in a seperated house, which is called flexible-care system. It`s appropriate that retirement community will consist of 50-100 units.
