도시, 농촌 노인의 심리사회적 특성과 문제음주 및 삶의 질 인과관계 연구 = The Study on the Relationship of Psychosocial Factors, Problem drinking on Quality of Life for the Elderly in Urban and Rural Areas

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was performed to investigate the relationship of psychosocial factors , problem drinking on quality of life in the urban and rural elderly. The subject of this study was 385 old aged people who are above 65 years old in Jeonju city, Jin An, Sun Chang, Yim Sil, Nam Won Gun, Jeollabuk Do. The statistical methods used for the data analysis were descriptive statistics, t-test, chi-quare test and Structual Equation Model. The results of this study was as follows; First, The rural elderly showed poorer perceived health condition, higher chronic disease rate than the urban elderly. Second, The rural elderly showed rather serious depression level and the urban elderly showed more lower family functions. Thirds, life stress, anxiety, depression, family function were significant relation on the problem drinking among the elderly. Especially, depression, family function were related to the rural elderly's problem drinking.
Finally, covariance structural analysis showed that the casual relationship among problem drinking and quality of life. According to the results, implications for social work services to reduce the problem drinking and increase quality of life of the elderly were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 도시 및 농촌지역 노인의 삶의 질과 심리사회적 특성인 생활스트레스, 우울, 불안, 가족기능, 문제음주와의 관계를 규명하기 위한 연구이다. 도시노인 198명과 농촌노인 187명을 연구대상으로 하였으며, t-test, chi-square test, AMOS 5.0을 이용한 구조방정식 등이 실시되었다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농촌노인이 도시노인보다 높은 만성질환율과 주관적 건강상태 인식도 더 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 농촌노인의 우울정도가 도시노인보다 더 높게 나타난 반면, 도시노인의 가족기능은 농촌노인보다 더 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 노인들이 생활스트레스를 많이 경험할수록, 불안정도가 높을수록, 가족기능이 낮을수록 더 문제 음주율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 농촌노인들의 경우는 우울과 가족기능이 문제음주에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 노인의 문제 음주율이 높을수록 삶의 질이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으나, 도시.농촌 특성에 따른 삶의 질의 차이는 나타나지 않았다.이러한 연구결과에 따라 농촌노인의 우울을 감소시키고 도시노인의 가족기능을 강화하며, 농촌노인의 신체적 건강과 정신적 건강을 통합한 복지 서비스의 개발, 높은 노인문제음주 해결을 위한 노인특화 음주개입 프로그램 개발, 농촌노인의 정서적 연계체계 구축과 가족기능 강화 방안 등이 제시되었다.
