企業業務遂行을 爲한 패키지 外部調達 方案에 關한 事例硏究 : T綜合金融(株) 事例를 中心으로 = A Case Study on the External Supplied Package Selection Method for Business Accomplishment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근, 정보시스템은 경쟁 무기로 인식되고 있다. 외부조달이란 하나 또는 그 이상의 외부 공급자에게 정보시스템 기능의 일부 또는 전부를 위탁하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 외부조달 패키지의 선정 방법에 관한 연구이다. 패키지 선정 프로젝트를 하는 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 조직에 적합하고, 납기가 적절하며, 유지보수가 용이한가를 먼저 검토해야 한다. 보다 나은 패키지를 선정하기 위해서는 업무 및 정보시스템 전문가의 참여, 공급자에 대한 사전 조사, 공급업체의 책임을 명확히 하고, 프로젝트 참여자가 경험이 많은 인력이 투입되어야 하며, 데이터 구조를 검증해야하며, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 이식성을 조사해야 하며, 문서화 수준을 검증해야 한다.

Currently, information system is considered as a weapon to enhance the competitiveness of an organization. Outsourcing is a functions refers to the practice of turning over part or all of an organization's IS functions to one or more external service providers. This paper is investigated the selection of the package. In the package adaptation project, package selection is the first step and successful project is based on the checks for adaptability, on time delivery, and maintainability. Better package selection methods are suggested in this paper. Namely, business and IS Expert's involvement, pre-investigation of the supplier, clearly definition of the supplier's responsibility, involvement of qualified participant, inspection of the data structure, examination of suitability in H/W and S/W, and inspection of the documents.
