국제합작투자사업자 간의 동질성이 현지파트너의 지식습득에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내에 설립된 국제합작투자사업의 한국파트너가 외국파트너로부터 지식을 습득하는데 영향을 주는 결정요인을 분석함에 있어서 파트너간의 동질성에 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 즉, 합작사업자간에 국가문화, 기업문화, 그리고 경영방식 등에 있어서 동질성이 많을수록 한국파트너가 외국파트너로부터 습득하는 지식과 정의관계가 존재함을 분석하였다. 그 밖의 통제변수로는 학습자의 학습역량과 학습의지 그리고 통제권(소유지분)을 고려하였다. 본 연구는 지식을 형식지와 암묵지의 두 가지 형태로 다양화하여, 국가문화와 전략적 경영의 일치가 사회적 유대성이 요구되는 암묵지 학습엔 긍정적 요인이 되지만 형식지의 습득에는 유의성이 없는 정적인 결과를 보여주었다. 반면에 통제변수인 학습역량과 학습의지는 지식의 성격에 상관없이 학습에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 확인됐다.
