An Empirical study of longevity of strategic alliances : an event history analysis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전략적 제휴의 수명(longevity)에 영향을 주는 요인들을 고찰하였다. 특별히, 기업이 속한 네트워크 구조를 전략적 제휴의 수명에 영향을 주는 중요한 한 요인으로 인식함과 아울러, 기업이 처한 환경의 변화도, 기업의 국적, 그리고 전략적 제휴의 사전 경험들이 중요한 요인들로 가설화 되었다. 또한 네트워크 구조 분석의 필요성을 도출하기 위해 여러 가지 다른 이론들에 바탕을 둔 전략적 제휴에 관한 거의 모든 문헌들을 조사하여, 각각의 이론들의 한계와 공헌도를 분석하였다.
CATI(Cooperative Agreements and Technology Indicators) 데이터 뱅크에서, 컴퓨터, 자동차, 그리고 식음료수 산업에서의 전략적 제휴 데이타를 추출하여 COX'S 회귀분석으로 가설들을 테스트 하였다.
