부동산 중개업 마케팅의 실태와 전략 방안 = Status and Strategies for Real Estate Brokerage Marketing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대사회는 소비자의 요구 또한 그만큼 폭이 넓고 깊다 주먹구구식이나 운에 의존해서 사업을 이끌던 시대는 이제 옛말이며 현대사회는 선택의 중요성이 그 어느 때 보다 더 강조되는 시기이다.
부동산 시장에서 부동산 컨설팅 전문가로 역할을 수행하고자 한다변 무엇보다도 고객의 재산을 합리적으로 다룰 수 있어야 한다. 부동산 시장의 개방과 글로벌시대에 발맞추어 전문적, 개방적, 차별적, 고객 개인의 개별성, 정보의 다양성에 기초한 고객지향적인 남다른 영업 전략을 도입해야 할 것이다.
사업 초기부터 철저한 조사와 분석l 기획 또한 과거의 무계획적인 사업관행을 지양하고, 과학적이고 합리적인 사업 수행만이 부동산 사업을 성공으로 이끌 수 있으며, 보다 정확하고 빠른 정보, 치밀한 사업 기획, 효과적인 마케팅 전략만이 치열한 경쟁 속에서 살아남을 수 있다.
본 논문에서는 부동산시장 변화에 따른 부동산중개업 마케팅의 실태를 살펴보았으며, 우리나라 부동산중개업 마케팅의 문제점에 따른 몇 가지 마케팅 전략 방안을 제시해 보았다.

Modern society demands of consumers are also much broader imd deeper. Depending on the age rule of thumb formula or luck yikkeuldeon the business is now a thing of the past and modern society when the importan∞ of the selection highlighting more than ever.
If you want to play a role in the real estate consulting professionals in the real estate market than what the customer should be able to reasonably handle the estate. To keep pace with the era of liberalization and global real estate markets professional, open, discriminatory, personal individuality of the customer, will have to introduce a customer-oriented sales strategy based on the extraordinary diversity of information.
In addition, thorough research and analysis projects from the initial planning and avoided unplanned business practices of the past, only a scientific and reasonable business practices that can lead to a successful real estate business, more accurate and fast information, thorough business planning, effective marketing strategies only can survive in the fierce competition.
In this paper, we had looked at the situation of the real estate agent marketing real estate market according to the change, and saw some of the present problems of the country in accordance with the markting plan marketing real estate brokerage.
