軍組織에 있어서의 指揮統率에 關한 硏究 : 人間關係를 中心으로

The Purpose of this study is search for the improvements of human relations in military organization. Those improvements enables to be expected that military displine and Morale are more strenthening by being adapted improvement plan for better human relations in the Organization. However, According to this study, The Problems of the Subject are as follows; Principally the generation gap between commanders and soldiers, Secondly uncertainty of commander in his duty and thirdly the gap of soldier's presonality. Therefore I suggested the improvement plan for solving these problems as next to.
Principally, it is indispensable to research and development study on human relation and Leadership.
secondly, it is inevitable to set up multitudinous Communication channel which adapts informal, horizontal and personal contact communication method to use counselling system, and to deploy "Military Family Movement."
The contents of this study is as follows.
Chapter one Deals the Intraductory parts of the study, Including the purpose, scopes, and methods of the study. Chapter two explains the theoretical parts of the study, some theories of Human Relations are deeply mentioned.
Chapter three is the analysis on the moral and the methods of Command.
Chapter four suggests some improvement plans on the morale and command in military organization.
Chapter five contains the Conclusion of the Study.
