다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Although the Western Sea Area has a potential to be globalized multi-functional city, there is no specific strategy which can make the Western Sea Area as a specialized economic zone on the Northwest area. In addition, implementing FTA and the growth of chinese special economic zone lower the level of our western sea area. Therefore, in order to foster the Western Sea Area as a center of the economic strategy, specific strategies related to constructing infrastructures of the western sea area is required.
In order to select sites to be developed, a site analysis of 5 cities (including kimpo, sihung, ansan, hwasung and pyeongtaek) was implemented. When establishing a development plan, the configuration of the ground and a gradient are considered to reduce the development cost and avoid a disordered development. In addition, in order to exclude the sites which are already planned, previous development plan and the analysis of constructed urban area are considered.
Consequently, a range of total site is 270.56㎢.
In order to set up strategical projects which can optimize resources of the western sea area, conditions of the surrounding regions in the western sea area are analyzed. In results, constructing a infrastructure about physical distribution problems which can be a role as a center of the Northeast area on the distribution industry must be settled at once.
Therefore, formulating development plans about constructing a physical distribution infrastructure which can use abundant useful sites, coast and rivers in west sea area are needed.
In order to transport efficiently, constructing the gyeoningin canal(18㎞), The Imgingang canal(30㎞) and water transportation cultural resort at Kimpo is needed. There are a few major functions such as arriving, loading, water distribution, tour, leisure and entertainment as the basic plan for water transportation in the western sea area
In terms of marine transportation, until 2020 Pyeongtaek harbor is required to be developed larger space and construction of marine transportation cluster is needed.
The main functions of marine transportation cluster are consisted of two major parts. First part are a essential harbor functions such as cargo terminal and general distribution center. And second part are assistant functions such as housing, industries, commercials and business.
In case of constructing an airport for light aircraft, Air park(1.3㎢) in Hwasung city should be reconsidered about air transportation passenger in terms of short distance travel and aviation leisure functions.
In order to set up strategical projects which optimize resources of the Western Sea Area, conditions of the surrounding on the western are analyzed. In results, constructing infrastructure to solve the physical distribution problems must be settled right away, since it can ne al role as a center of east northern the distribution industry. Therefore, in order to foster the western sea area as a central role of the strategy, strategies to construct infrastructures of the western should ne consifered previously.
Therefore, final three basic plans for constructing infrastructure which can be a role as a center of the distribution industry on the North east side are:
First, in terms of water transportation, the Gyeoningin canal(18㎞), Imgingang canal(30 ㎞) and water transportation cultural resort at Kimpo is Constructed in order to transport efficiently.
Second, in terms of marine transportation, until 2020, Pyeongtaek harbor is needed to be developed larger space and construction of marine transportation cluster is needed.
Third, in case of constructing an airport for light aircraft, Air park(1.3㎢) in Hwasungsi should be reconsider about air transportation passenger in terms of short distance travel and aviation leisure functions.
