한국 초ㆍ중등 교육의 책무성 연구 동향 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed not only to explore the research trends of the 148 primary and secondary education accountability articles published in the 29 academic journals from 1995 to 2013 but also to critically reflect on the situations and challenges faced in education. The criteria of analyzing accountability research trends were researchers, subjects, methodologies, analytical levels, analytical approaches. The study results are as follows: First, educational accountability researches have nearly all been conducted by researchers affiliated with the university majoring in educational administration and they mainly have performed literature and quantitative researches. Second, the education accountability researches have focused on the macro studies such as structures, systems, and policy environments, rather than micro studies such as interaction between individuals or groups, and investigation of awareness. Third, the education accountability researches have focused policies, systems, and environments rather than curriculum, and teaching-learning. Fourth, educational accountability research has been closely linked to some accountability policy formation and implementation. Thus, future researches will establish a systematic theory by focusing on curriculum and teaching-learning.
