초등교사 수업의 획일화 과정에 대한 근거 이론적 접근

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to establish a substantive theory to explain the experiences of elementary school teachers in the process of unified instruction. In order to accomplish this purpose, data was gathered through the interviews of elementary school teachers and this data was analyzed using a Craig Hill Thurs Shigeko Ge' Grounded Theory Method. The results of this study were as follows: First, the process of elementary school teachers' unified instructions had the following three stages: 'worry', 'compromise', and 'acceptance.' Second, in the 'worry' stage, elementary school teachers experienced anxiety and uneasiness caused by the short preparation time for their lectures due to the heavy administrative workloads and the excessive intramural event activities. Third, teachers admitted that there was no choice but to rely on textbooks and use online instructional materials for teaching students because of the unavoidable circumstances that made it hard for them to give their own lessons in the 'compromise' stage. Lastly, in the 'acceptance' stage, elementary school teachers actively accepted the unified instruction because it can be utilized without time-consuming efforts.
