국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 2040년까지의 미래 청소년 환경변화를 전망하고 이를 바탕으로 미래청소년 정책 비전과 과제를 제시보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 첫째, 올해 2013년에는 미래 청소년 환경 트렌드에 대한 전망을 제시해보고, 둘째, 내년 2014년에는 올해 연구를 바탕으로 미래 청소년정책 비전과 과제를 전망적으로 제시해보고자 한다.
올해 2013년 1차년도 연구에서는 첫째, 문헌 및 통계자료 분석을 통해 사회전체적인 수준에서의 환경을 인구구조, 개인의식, 사회관계, 사회인식, 사회구조, 기술환경 차원으로 나눠 6가지 메가트렌드들을 추출하였고, 둘째, 문헌 및 통계자료 분석을 통해 청소년들이 인접한 미시환경을 가족, 또래, 학교, 매체, 진로환경 측면으로 나눠 20가지 미시환경트렌드들을 추출하였으며, 셋째, 앞에서 추출한 6가지 메가트렌드들과 20가지 미시환경 트렌드들의 출현가능성과 정책적 중요성에 대해 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 전문가조사를 실시하여, 최종적으로 미래 청소년환경 트렌드에 대한 전망을 제시하였다.
연구결과, 메가트렌드로는 첫째, 인구구조 차원에서 ‘고령화사회와 가족구조의 다양화’, 둘째, 개인의식 차원에서 ‘고립사회와 개인주의의 강화’, 셋째 사회관계 차원에서 ‘감정사회와 현재주의의 강화’, 넷째, 사회인식 차원에서 ‘저신뢰사회와 갈등 증가’, 다섯째, 사회구조 차원에서 ‘양극화사회와 위험 증가’, 여섯째, 기술환경 차원에서 ‘네트워크사회와 위험 증가’를 제시하였다. 미시환경트렌드로는 가족환경 영역에서 ‘가족내 세대간 갈등의 증가’ 등 7가지, 또래환경 영역에서 ‘다문화 또래환경의 증가와 다문화갈등 증가’등 3가지, 학교환경 영역에서 ‘인성과 사회적 역량의 약화’ 등 3가지, 매체환경 영역에서 ‘청소년 정보통신기술의 이용 증가’ 등 4가지, 진로환경 영역에서 ‘청소년 경제적 역량 강화 필요 증대’ 등 3가지 미시환경트렌드들을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to project the environment change of future youths until the year of 2040 and to present the vision and subject for a future youth policy thereby. To achieve this, first, this study projected the environment trend of future youths in 2013, and second, tried to project the vision and subject of a future youth policy for 2014 based on the projection for 2013.
In the first year study for 2013, first, this study produced six mega-trends of population structure, personal consciousness, social relationship, social structure, and technic environment at the level of the entire society through the analysis of literature and statistic data. Second, it produced 20 micro-environment trends by dividing the micro-environment of youths into family, peers, school, madia, and course environment through the analysis of literature and statistic data. Third, it finally presented the prospect for the future youth environment trend by surveys on experts about the strategic importance and potential appearance of the six mega-trends and 20 micro-trends.
As a result of this study, the mega-trends, first, presented the diversification of the structures of old age society and family on the dimension of population structure, second, the strengthening of isolation society and individualism on the dimension of personal consciousness, third, the strengthening of emotion society and present pursuits on the dimension of social relationship, fourth, the increase of low trust society and confliction on the dimension of social recognition, fifth, the increase of bipolar society and risk on the dimension of social structure, and, sixth, the increase of network society and risk on the dimension of technic environment. The micro-trends presented seven trends such as the increase of the conflicts between generations in the family in the area of family environment, three trends such as the increase of diversified culture and peer environment and of the conflicts between multiple cultures in the area of peer environment, three trends such as the weakening of personality and social power in the area of school environment, four trends such as the increase of the use of telecommunication technology by youths in the area of media environment, and three trends such as the increase of the need for the strengthening of youths’ economic power in the area of course environment.
