앤더슨 모형을 활용한 지역사회 돌봄활동 주민참여 의향에 미치는 영향요인: 지역사회 공동체의식의 조절 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 앤더슨 모형을 적용하여 지역사회 통합돌봄 활동에 대한 주민참여 의향의 영향요인을 분석하였다. 분석에는 「2022년 노인의 지역사회 돌봄서비스 인식조사」 자료를 활용하였다. 서울시의 총 39개 복지관 이용노인 1,749명을 대상으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 선행요인 중 연령이 높을수록 주민참여 의향이 낮았고, 교육수준은 높을수록 참여 의향이 높았다. 가능요인은 주관적 건강상태가 좋을수록 주민참여 의향이 유의하게 높았다. 욕구요인 중에서는 거주 지역에 따라 주민참여 의향의 차이가 있었으며, 특히 지역사회 공동체의식 수준이 높을수록 주민참여 의향이 높았다. 또한, 거주지역의 지역사회 공동체의식과 주민참여 의향에 미치는 영향에 대한 조절효과 분석결과, 공동체 의식의 효과가 B 지역에서 증폭되는 조절효과를 보였다. 이 결과는 지역사회 돌봄활동에서 주민 참여를 활성화하기 위해, 주민의 건강수준 향상, 지역사회 공동체의식 수준의 제고, 지역적 맥락을 고려한 차별적인 정책적 개입과 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study utilized Andersen’s behavioral model to explore the factors affecting older residents’ intentions to engage in community-based care activities. The objective was to propose strategic and practical measures that promote integrated care as a fundamental civil right. Data were gathered from the 2022 Survey on Perceptions of Elderly Community Care Services, involving a sample of 1,749 older adults from 39 institutions, including comprehensive social welfare centers, senior welfare centers, and disability welfare centers, located in the southeastern (Songpa-gu), northeastern (Seongdong-gu), and northwestern (Eunpyeong-gu, Mapo-gu)regions of Seoul. Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors associated with participation intentions. Among the predisposing factors, age and education level were statistically significant: older individuals were less likely to intend to participate, while those with higher education levels exhibited a greater willingness to engage in these activities. In terms of enabling factors, subjective health status was positively correlated with participation; individuals who rated their health as “fair” or “good” were more likely to participate compared to those who reported “poor” health. Regarding need factors, significant differences in participation intentions were noted across residential areas. Specifically, a stronger sense of community was linked to a higher willingness to participate. Interaction effects between residential area and sense of community indicated that variations in participation intentions across regions could be explained by differences in community consciousness. These findings highlight the necessity for policy interventions and program development focused on improving residents' health status and fostering community connectedness to encourage active participation in community-based care initiatives.
