오수 처리 종균제로부터 세균의 분리 및 동정 = Isolation and identification of bacteria from sewage bacterial preparations

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국내외에서 유통되고 있는 오수처리용 종균제 6가지에서 26균주를 분리하였다.
동정실험을 통해 Aerococcus속 2개의 균주, Alcaligenes속 2개 균주, Bacillus속 9개의 균주, Corynebacterium속 1개 균주, Eikenella속 1개 균주, Lactobacillus속 4개 균주, Micrococcus속 2개 균주, Moraxella속 1개 균주, Pseudomonas속 2개 균주로 동정하였다.
26균주 중 4균주는 구균이었으며 나머지는 간균이었다.
국외에서 수집한 종균제는 Microbe-Lift를 제외하고는 주로 Bacillus속이었다. Microbe-Life의 M균주들은 네 가지 속으로 동정되었으며, 국내O사의 V균주들은 일반배지에서 잘 안 자라는 특징을 가지고 있었다.

26 strains of bacteria were isolated from 6 kinds of sewage bacterial preparation obtained in Korea and abroad.
They were identified that 9 strains were Bacillus, 4 strains were Lactobacillus, 2 strains were Aerococcus, Alcaligenes, Micrococcus and Pseudomonas, and 1 strain was Corynebacterium, Eikenella and Moraxella. 4 strains were coccus, and the rest were rod.
Sewage bacterial preparations from abroad except Microbe-Lift were mostly Bacillus.
M series strains from Microbe-Lift were identified to 4 Genus, and V series strains from O company showed slow growth of general medium.
