      IB MYP 월드스쿨 교사 경험에 대한 질적 사례 연구 = A qualitative case study of the teacher experience at the IB MYP World School

      Objectives This study explored the understanding of the IB program, the application of the national curriculum, the implementation of unit design, and the teachers' perceptions and experiences of conducting actual classes and evaluations, targeting IB MYP World School 3 teachers introduced into public education. And the purpose of this study is to reveal the possibility of spreading IB education and implications for the tasks.
      Methods To this end, data were collected, analyzed, and organized through focus group interviews with 10 IB MYP World School 3 teachers in A region.
      Results IB MYP World School teachers were making efforts to understand and apply the IB program from various angles, and as a result of data analysis, four themes were presented. First, after the introduction of the IB MYP program, changes in curriculum literacy and teaching and evaluation through teacher curriculum restructuring, class and evaluation design were summarized. Second, the aspects of teacher development and learning after experiencing the IB program at the IB MYP World School were described. Third, I looked at what teacher growth is through collaboration with fellow teachers to understand and apply the IB program, personal growth experience, and online and offline IB training experience. Lastly, since the IB MYP is not an easy program to understand and implement, I looked at the practical difficulties experienced by IB school teachers and the prerequisite tasks for the establishment and spread of the IB program in public education.
      Conclusions Therefore, through the IB MYP World School teachers' experience of implementing the IB program, teacher professionalism and identity were discussed. For the establishment of IB education, suggestions were made on the spread of consensus among the educational community, institutional supplementation of teacher assignment, and changes in the teacher training system.
