바람난 배우자에 대한 설화 속 대응양상과 이를 활용한 문학치료적 설계 = Confrontation Aspects on Unfaithful mate in Folklore and a Plan for Literary Therapeutic Program

The purpose of this paper is to design a Literary Therapeutic Program for dealing with unfaithful mate's problems.
In this paper, a spouse's extramarital affair is a key issue. And four kinds of folklore are analyzed that spouse's extramarital affair the way process is distinct.
Four kinds of folklore are <Husbund curing wife' habit by dead body of adulterer>, <Husbund ridden on a rice-bin and Wife held a memorial service for adulterer>, <monk, louse and pig were married by a previous existence> and <Generous Husband>.
In the <Husbund curing wife' habit by dead body of adulterer>, mate's extramarital affair was due to a temptation of adulterer and a bad habit of wife. Therefore after killing adulterer and curing wife's habit, conjugal relations is continued. In the <Husbund ridden on a rice-bin and Wife held a memorial service for adulterer>, mate's extramarital affair was due to a temptations of adulterer. Though adulterer was Kicked off and killed, wife missed him still. Therefore conjugal relations is discontinued. In the <monk, louse and pig were married by a previous existence>, mate's extramarital affair was due to a previous existence. Therefore the previous existence of Spouse was understood, and conjugal relations is broken. In the <Generous Husband>, mate's extramarital affair was due to a antenuptial human relation of wife. Therefore the human relation of wife was respected, and conjugal relations is continued.
In the four folklores, responses to unfaithful mate were low level continuation, low level separation, high level continuation and high level separation. In the <Generous Husband>, conjugal relations are continued on the high level.
So Literary Therapeutic Program for dealing with unfaithful mate's problem was designed process that a reader's epic of self connects folklores understanding <Generous Husband> in turn.
The folklores start from a work that conjugal relations is broken, and connect a work that shows a different understanding about the problem, finally arrive a work of <Generous Husband>. <Husband wandering the scenery of all parts after killin wife>, <Wife committing adultery after cauterizing genitals> and <Re-married Woman held a memorial service for ex-husband and Daebodan> are used.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문의 목표는 바람난 배우자의 문제를 처리하기 위한 문학치료 프로그램을 설계하는 것이다. 이를 위해 배우자의 외도가 서사의 핵심 문제이면서 바람난 배우자를 대하는 대응 양상이 뚜렷하게 구별되는 네 종류의 설화를 분석하였다. 네 가지 설화는 <간부 시체로 아내 버릇 고친 남편>과 <뒤주 태운 남편과 간부 제사 지낸 아내>그리고 <전생의 인연으로 부부가 된 중과 이와 돼지>와 <도량 넓은 남편>이다.
<간부 시체로 아내 버릇 고친 남편>에서는 배우자의 외도를 아내의 나쁜 버릇과 이에 호응하는 간부 때문이라고 보았다. 그래서 간부를 죽이고 아내의 버릇을 고친 뒤에 부부관계를 지속했다. <뒤주 태운 남편과 간부 제사 지낸 아내>에서는 배우자의 외도가 간부의 유혹 때문이라고 보았다. 그래서 모르는 척 하며 간부를 쫓아버리지만 아내가 여전히 간부를 그리워하자 아내를 내 쫓고 부부관계를 끊어버린다. <전생의 인연으로 부부가 된 중과 이와 돼지>에서는 배우자의 외도가 전생의 인연 때문이라고 보았다. 그래서 배우자의 인연을 이해하며 부부가 헤어졌다. <도량 넓은 남편>에서는 배우자의 외도가 혼인 전에 아내가 맺은 인관 관계 때문이라고 보았다. 그래서 아내의 인간관계를 존중하며 부부관계를 지속했다. 이 네 가지 설화에는 바람난 배우자를 대하는 대응이 낮은 수준의 지속과 낮은 수준의 이별, 그리고 높은 수준의 이별과 높은 수준의 지속이 있었다. 네 가지 설화 가운데 가장 높은 수준에서 부부관계를 지속하는 것은 <도량 넓은 남편>이었다.
바람난 배우자의 문제를 처리하는 문학치료 프로그램에서는 자기서사의 수준을 높여 종국에는 부부관계의 질을 높일 수 있는 과정에 대해 설계해 보았다. 그것은 독자의 자기서사가 위 네 가지 설화들 중 하나와 유사하여 특정 설화 속의 대처 방식만을 고집하거나 특정 설화에 대해 편향된 반응을 보일 때를 가정하고 이와 같은 고착과 편향이 지니고 있는 문제점이 무엇인지를 규명한 것이다. 또 나아가서는 이와 유사한 문제에 대해 다른 처리를 보이는 설화들을 비교 검토해 가면서 최종적으로는 최고의 수준에서 바람난 배우자의 문제를 처리한 <도량 넓은 남편>의 핵심에 이를 수 있도록 하는 것이었다.
이를 위해 네 가지 설화 이외에도 <아내와 간부 죽이고 팔도를 떠도는 남편>과 <음부를 지져도 서방질하는 아내> <개가하고 전 남편 제사 지내준 여자와 대보단>이 활용되었다.
