IT 제조기업의 특허 출원 목적에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보통신기술의 발전으로 인해 특허의 중요성이 나날이 증가하고 있으며, 글로벌 시장에서는 많은 기업들이 특허 분쟁으로 인한 소송을 진행중이다. 과거에는 특허의 중요성을 인식하지 않았던 기업들도 특허의 중요성을 인식하고 특허경영을 외치고 있는 실정이다. 기업들이 특허를 출원하거나 출원하지 않는 목적에는 다양한 이유가 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기업들이 특허를 출원하는 목적이 무엇인지에 대한 의문점에서 시작되었다. 이에 선행연구에서 제시된 요인들 중에서 10개의 요인을 델파이법을 통해 도출을 하고, 중요도를 도출하였다. 분석결과 H/W와 S/W은 특허를 출원하는 목적의 중요도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

With the rapidly changing information and telecommunications technology, the importance of the patent is increasing day by day. Many companies have been litigation involving patent dispute in the global market. In the past, companies did not recognize the importance of the patent. Currently, companies are aware of the need for the importance of the patent and focus on the patent management. There are many different reasons why companies apply for a patent or not. This research was started to get related appropriate data for the purpose of a patent application. So, this research draws 10 influencing factors by using the Delphi method and analyzing the previous studies. Then, the priorities were drawn out using the Expert Questionnaire in the form of rankings for professionals in companies. As a result of this analysis on the purpose of a patent application, there is a difference between H/W and S/W companies.
