The Effect of EDI Control, Organizational Capability and Knowledge Sharing on Supply Chain Management Success

국문 초록 (Abstract)

많은 회사들이 SCM을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SCM의 성공에 영향을 줄 수 있는 세 가지 변수들의 영향관계를 실증분석을 통하여 고찰하고자 한다. 여기서 세가지 변수란 EDI 통제(EDI controls), 조직적인 능력(organizational capability), 지식공유(knowledge sharing)를 말한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 이 세변수들의 관계를 조절효과(moderating effect), 매개효과(mediating effect)의 관점에서 분석한다. 150개의 회사를 통하여 이들의 관계를 실증하였으며, 분석결과 SCM성공을 위하여 EDI 통제, 조직적인 능력, 지식공유 세변수가 서로 조절효과 및 매개효과를 가지면서 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
