지방교육재정의 세입·세출 구조에 대한 비교분석 = 대구·경북교육청을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Securing the local educational finances are the basis to operate the education activities and realize the projection of education policy. If the local educational finances are deficient and not secured at the right time, the damage incurred by canceling the education plan itself and the changing of the education activity operation will appear to the students directly. As the adequate securing of the local educational finances make it possible to predict the dimension of revenues and expenses that are invested in the education, in the short term they can secure an adequate amount of finance regularly and prevent failing to operate education business. And in the long term, they can consistently project the education business by maintaining the durability of acquiring the funds. In this context, this study sought to grasp the structure and the ratio of education expense special accounts centered on Daegu·Gyeongbuk office of education, to analyze the properties and characteristics of the local educational finances, and present the political implications for the securing the local educational finances in the future.
