      The purpose of this study was to find the degree of importance recognized by educators on the obiectives of practical arts education in the elementary school, and to investigate the degree of consensus among practical arts'educators about the importance of objectives. The contents of this study were ① degree of importance on the objectives of practical arts education, ② degree of importance of domain on the objectives of practical arts education.
      The findings of this study are as follows.
      A.The degrees of importance between teachers'and specialists'group on the objectives of practical arts education were different on the three questions at 0.05 significance level. Especially, the degrees of importance on two questions were different at the 0.01 significance level. Therefore, the degrees of importance on five questions between two groups were different at the 0.05 significance level.
      B.The rankings of domain were compatible with the degrees of importance between teachers'and specialists'groups. In the three domains, there was no difference between group on the psychomotor domain at the 0.05 significance level. However, the rankings on both cognitive domain and affective domain were different between groups at the 0.05 significance level.
      C.In the degree of importance of obiectives, bosh cognitive domain and psychomotor domain between both groups were highly correlated each other. However, affective domain between two groups was not much correlated.
