New media environment resulted from smart media development ushers in the platform era with the success myth such as App store, Android market and Kakaotalk. This study summarizes the characteristic of Terrestrial Broadcasters from a platform point which is key point of opening the new media era and analyzes the change of the media strategy. Specially platform strategy has competitive cooperation basically because many businessmen get together for various benefit in a place. So this study analyzes the risk and opportunity factors mainly of platform strategy of Terrestrial Broadcasters represented in ‘pooq’ recently. In addition this study suggests the condition and premise how the change media strategy links to proper platform system.
