중국어의 정보구조 구현 방법에 대한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper studies the realization method of information structure in Chinese.
I analize the previous approaches about inforamation structure and find that there are many problems.
I suggest Vallduvi's Trinomial Hierarchical Articulation(THA).
Sentences with the same syntactic structure may have different information structures. Vallduvi divides the sentence into three parts: link, focus and tail, which he also calls Trinomial Hierarchical Articulation(THA).

According to his THA theory, the information structures of sentences include:
(1) LINK, FOCUS
(2) FOCUS
(3) LINK, FOCUS, TAIL

I classify four types of information structure and study the realization method of informarion structure.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고에서는 우선 정보구조와 관련된 기존의 논의를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 신정보, 구정보라는 정보자질의 분포와 관련한 문장의 조직이라는 정보구조 원래의 개념으로부터 시작하여 다양한 개념들이 제시되었으며 정보자질에 따른 문장의 분할이 학자마다 상이함을 알게 되었다. 이에 본고는 기존 논의의 문제점을 지적하고 신정보나 구정보의 개념이 지시대상의 인지적 상태가 아닌 정보적 상태임을 논의하였다. 또한 주제-평론 분할이나 열린 명제-초점 분할이 정보구조의 모든 가능한 분할을 충분히 설명해 주지 못한다는 점에서 이를 삼항계층분할로 나눈 발두비의 정보구조 유형에 따라 중국어의 정보구조 유형을 분류하였다. 그 결과 중국어의 문장도 네 종류의 상이한 정보구조 유형으로 분석될 수 있음을 알게 되었다. 따라서 기존의 중국어 정보구조에 대한 연구가 중국어 문장의 정보구조를 하나의 전형적인 틀로써 분석해 온 문제점을 지적하고 이러한 상이한 정보구조 유형에 주목하고 이러한 정보구조를 구현하는 방법으로서 논의되어 왔던 어순, 강세, 생략에 대하여 재검토하였다.
본고를 통하여 중국어의 문장이 다양한 정보구조로 분석될 수 있으며 이러한 정보구조의 유형에 따라 정보구조를 구현하는 방법도 상이함을 알 수 있었다.
